TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE

The Three Pillars Of Industry 4.0

Our hybrid edge-and-cloud architecture guarantees fast local failovers and scalable analytical data models.

1. Edge Acquisition

Sensors, energy meters, and PLCs communicate directly with UniMesh local edge gateways. Protocol conversions (Modbus, OPC-UA) are handled on-site to reduce data lag.

2. Telemetry Processing

Telemetry payloads stream encrypted data to secure cloud buffers. Normalization algorithms, time-series logging, and dynamic rule calculations resolve in sub-seconds.

3. Live Display & Alerts

Data is updated instantly on responsive dashboards. If values cross predefined safety thresholds, automated warnings are sent immediately to floor staff via SMS and email.
